ROBATOP is the result of continual research and development on Robaxyd-ML (mechanically locked). In close cooperation with the leading OEM's and the paper manufactures we have developed a top quality product that exceeds the performance and surface demands of the modern papermaking process. ROBATOP is a composite of a FRP-VE base (fibre glass reinforced polymer of vinylester resin), and the top or surface material which is formed by an interlocked ceramic-chain. ROBATOP is available in 4 different ceramic qualities. 	Fills the gap between polyethylene and full ceramics. Designed for medium speeds, all foil positions. ROBATOP-E (Edge, Economy, Easy,...)
	The very user-friendly clamping device (patent pending), can be offered corresponding to all actual dewatering elements. This system guarantees a very easy exchange of the elements as well as it avoids shaking and variation of foil angels in operation. Leripa also offers a rebuild for existing ceramics.

Leripa has developed a wear simulation machine supported by the Austrian Research Promotion Fund. We are able to compare the different types of ceramic materials, fillers and process water affecting forming fabric performance and life. A customized data report is submitted to the customer including the coefficient of friction, fabric life (linear kilometres) or volumetric ceramic wear. Leripa will perform these optimisation simulation tests at no charge as we are pleased to offer every assistance possible. We are the only ceramic supplier that can offer customized testing to assist with making the right choice the first time.
